By using Shrnkly you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Our Services
Shrnkly provides three core services: (1) URL shortening with analytics and QR code generation, (2) secure text sharing for code, notes and documents, and (3) custom QR code generation for URLs, text, WiFi, contacts and more. We may update or change features at any time.
3. Your Responsibilities
You must not use Shrnkly to:
- Send spam, phishing attempts or unsolicited messages
- Spread malware, viruses or harmful code
- Link to or share illegal, abusive or infringing content
- Share sensitive information (passwords, API keys, personal data)
- Generate QR codes that deceive users or bypass security
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
4. QR Code Usage
QR codes generated on Shrnkly are for legitimate purposes only. You are responsible for where your QR codes lead. We may disable QR codes or block domains that violate these terms, engage in phishing, or distribute malicious content. QR codes are static — if the destination changes, you must generate a new QR code.
5. Text Sharing Rules
When sharing text, code or notes: (1) You retain ownership of your content, (2) Do not share copyrighted material without permission, (3) Do not share secrets, credentials or sensitive data even with password protection, (4) Set appropriate expiration dates for temporary content, (5) We may remove content that violates these terms or receives abuse reports.
6. URL Shortening & Analytics
Shortened URLs redirect to their destinations. We collect anonymized click analytics (location, device, referrer) to provide statistics. We may disable links that violate these terms, receive abuse reports, or point to malicious sites. Free links may have usage limits and may expire after extended inactivity.
7. Our Intellectual Property
The Shrnkly name, design, code and logo are ours. You may not copy or use them without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is". We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from use of our services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or other users.
